#MyBitYourBit

This campaign – launching in June 2021 – will be your chance to influence the vital decisions made at this year’s Climate Summit in Glasgow. You can put your video challenge to the world leaders into a giant digital petition that will confront them as the walk through the conference centre.  In less than 20 seconds, tell them what you’re doing to play your part in tackling the climate emergency. Then you’ve got every right to challenge them to do theirs. Because as well as personal change, systematic change at a government and corporate level is vital to save life on Earth.

And taking part will be as simple as tweeting your message with the hashtag #MyBitYourbit. Your post will be be assigned a place in our digital planet Earth for anyone to see.

The initiative is currently being finalised , but here’s a taster to show how it’s going to work.

Once it goes live in June, you’ll be able to join young activists around the world raising our voices to save our planet home. An Earth-empathy is growing. This will be our urgent message to decision- makers everywhere that time is running out to save the planet we love – our only home.

The project is a partnership with the following: OneClimate, Fridays For Future locally, Climate Action: Race to Zero, Unimondo, Jamie Perrelet Software, and The School of Movement Medicine.

With thanks to Susannah Darling Khan, School of Movement Medicine, Anuradha Vittachi, Peter Armstrong, OneWorld. OneClimate, Hedgerley Wood Trust, Chris White, Alcatel-Lucent, GCCA, Ken Kitson, and Jamie Perellet.

This is the original Mosaic Earth, which we will be building on. These are earlier messages from people expressing their love for our planet. Try in now by clicking on it. Zoom in to see everyone’s picture message – and add your own.

And this is the backstory of the Mosaic Earth project.
